SpiStack Flash
Serial Flash memory product family consisting of a multiple SpiFlash dies which can be stacked with any combination of Serial NOR and Serial NAND dies for code and data storage.
* Status: P - mass production, S - samples, UD - under development, N - not recommended for new design.
** The maximum clock frequency for all instructions except for READ DATA instruction. It may also depend on the supply voltage and SPI type.
