QspiNAND Flash

NAND type Serial Flash Memories which use a 4-pin single, dual or quad output Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). They are an extension of the Winbond's Serial NOR Flash products at higher densities and are an efficient solution for voice and data storage.
All ICs are RoHS compliant.
