Serial NOR Flash

NOR type Serial Flash Memories (SpiFlash series) which use a 4-pin single, dual or quad output Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). They offer a pin, space and cost efficient alternative to parallel flash memories and are an efficient solution for voice and data storage.
All ICs are RoHS compliant.
