M463 CAN FD/USB HS Series

The series of NuMicro Family 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M4F core with DSP extension and single-precision floating point instructions (FPU), equipped with a wide range of peripherals and interfaces, including CAN and USB 2.0 HS OTG interfaces, and a hardware Cryptography Accelerator.
All Ics are RoHS compliant.

* Status: P - mass production, S - samples, UD - under development, N - not recommended for new design.
