M487 Ethernet Series The series of NuMicro Family 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M4F core with DSP extension, and equipped with a wide range of peripherals and interfaces, including an Ethernet MAC Controller with MII and RMII, a hardware Cryptography Accelerator and USB 2.0 High Speed / Full Speed interface with on-chip OTG PHY All Ics are RoHS compliant.
