32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 Microcontrollers

KM1M7 Inverter Control

The series of 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M7 core, which have a good balance between high speed processing ability and low power consumption. They are mainly designed for motor control.
All Ics are RoHS compliant.

* Status: P - mass production, S - samples, UD - under development, N - not recommended for new design.
