ISD9160An ARM® CortexTM-M0 based voice device for a record / playback of voice and audio signals in/from internal Flash memory or external SPI Flash:
  • operating frequency up to 50 MHz
  • external crystal for RTC and low power system operation
  • internal trimmable oscillator stabilized with the external crystal clock
  • ISP Flash memory (APROM) for program code and data storage
  • 16-bit ADC with SNR of 92 dB for audio functionality
  • digital compression in the range of 4 - 16 kbps
