OctalNOR Flash

NOR type Serial Flash Memories which use an Octal Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). At a clock frequency of 200 MHz in DTR mode, they achieve data transfer rate up to 400 MB/s.
All Ics are RoHS compliant.
