M261/M262/M263 Series

The series of NuMicro Family 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M23 core using ARMv8-M architecture. They provide secure memory areas to secure critical program codes and AES hardware accelerator for data encryption. They are equipped with rich peripherals and communication interfaces, including UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, CAN, LIN, SD, SC and USB. These chips are mainly designed to realize robust IoT security applications.
All Ics are RoHS compliant.
