M031BT Series

The series of NuMicro Family ultra-low power 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M0 core with built-in RF transceiver compatible with the Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 (BLE 5.0). They are running up to 48/72 MHz within -40 – +105 °C and are equipped with rich peripherals and interfaces.
All Ics are RoHS compliant.

* Status: P - mass production, S - samples, UD - under development, N - not recommended for new design.
