M030G/M031G Series

The series of NuMicro Family low power 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M0 core, running up to 48/72 MHz within -40 – +105 °C and equipped with rich peripherals and interfaces. They are designed for Optical Transceiver Module applications
All Ics are RoHS compliant.

* Status: P - mass production, S - samples, UD - under development, N - not recommended for new design.
